BLM-CO - Goat Grazing - Sutey Ranch This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for goat grazing in accordance with Attachment 1 - SOW. The BLM requires a herd of goats to graze on land near Carbondale, CO to reduce wildfire risks and improve the vegetation and soils. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Award Basis - Low Price Technically Acceptable Minimum Requirements for a Responsive Bid: 1. Filled in, priced and signed SF1449 2.
