General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: Riverside Delineated Area: North: Orange Show Road - San Bernardino Avenue - Highway 210 - Interstate 10 South: Alessandra Boulevard - Central Avenue East: Interstate 10 - Highway 60 - Gilman Springs Road West: Highway 91 - Highway 60 - Rubidoux Boulevard - Agua Mansa Road - Rancho Avenue - Interstate 10 - Interstate 215 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,500 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: One � 5 Year Renewal Additional Requirements: Warehouse to accommodate vehicles of approximately 10,500 to 12,500 lbs. Grade level door to allow 6�6� high and 6�9� wide vehicles to access the space. Requires a restroom with a minimum of one sink and one toilet. Water service available for vehicle maintenance and a utility sink. A minimum of 110v electric capabilities. Standard overhead lighting. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
