Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for a contractor to renovate the current kitchens and bathrooms an existing residential building. This construction effort is estimated between $100,000 and $249,000 and needs to be completed by September 2023. This work requires the services of a professional contractor with experience in Residential renovation. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a Site Visit and the date for this visit will be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov� prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
