- 36C25023Q0832 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Versacare Telerehab System The Cleveland Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd Cleveland, OH 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.1061(b)(1)-Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The NAICS code is 334510 with a small business size standard of 1,250. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with The Scottcare Corporation 4791 West 150TH Street Cleveland, OH 44135. The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, Neurology department is requesting a replacement of our Versacare Telerehab System. The current model requires an update to the Versacare Windows 10 system to remain functional. The following is being requested: Exchange of One (1) existing VersaCare XP/W7 workstation to One (1) Windows 10 workstation Exchange of Eight (8) Angel Transmitters to Eight (8) Innovo Transmitters - One (1) 9 Slot Charging Tray Four (4) SP02 Wristband Monitors One (1) SP02 Receiver One (1) Enterprise EHRPipe Integration/HL7 Interface - Affiliate Site Two (2) Days on site training and installation Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Monday June 19, 2023 at 12PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
