MARCORSYSCOM is preparing draft MIL-DTL-MC040, BOOT, COMBAT, TROPICAL. This notice serves as an invitation for industry to review and provide comments on the attached draft document during the review period.� Comments on the draft may be submitted to USMC_STDZ@usmc.mil on the attached Consolidated Comments Form (CCF) with the document number in the subject line prior to the review period end date of 7/13/23.� Comments that are not submitted on the CCF may not be considered.
