This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued for 100% total small business set-aside.�The associated NAICS code is 333912.� The small business size standard is 1000 employees.� This will be awarded as a firm fixed price. This combined/solicitation/synopsis is for the purchase of the following commercial services and products: Scuba Diving Compressor Service. Period of performance shall be: Base Year for a twelve month period 07/17/2023 through 07/16/2024.� Option Year 1 for a twelve month period 07/17/2024 through 07/16/2025.� Option Year 2 for a twelve month period 07/17/2025 through 07/16/2026.� Option Year 3 for a twelve month period 07/17/2026 through 07/16/2027.� Option Year 4 for a twelve month period 07/17/2027 through 07/16/2028.� PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
