Description

This is a follow on contract to provide maintenance for the MacGregor Pedestal Twin Dec Crane, Type: TGL2571/MLC/1626-2 Crane that is located at building 415, the Vissering Landship Training Facility, Third Port, Fort Eustis, VA. The MacGregor Crane is used in multiple Programs of Instruction (POI), for sustainment training and assorted heavy lifts. The MacGregor Crane must be maintained in a high state of maintenance readiness to facilitate training and prevent any possible safety of life issues to soldiers. The Contractor shall maintain and repair the MacGregor Crane by maintenance standards specified in the technical exhibit of this contract. MacGregor Crane components include, but are not limited to, electrical systems, mechanical components, hydraulic lines, gearbox repairs, boom structures, and winches. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), laws, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and manufacturer documents.
