***UPDATED INFORMATION*** Synopsis of Proposed Contract Action Solicitation Documents will be posted on SAM.gov on June 29, 2023 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tiller Ranger Station and Compound HVAC Upgrades and Repairs Tiller Ranger District Umpqua Nation Forest, Oregon ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Action Code: Presolicitation Product or Service Code:� Z2FZ NAICS Code:� 238220 Proposed Solicitation Number: 1240BJ23Q0028 Estimated period of performance:� 8/1/2023 -- 8/31/2023 Magnitude of Cost is estimated to be between:� $25,000 - $100,000 Description: �This project consists of removal of existing HVAC units that are no longer functioning; and to supply and installation of new units as described for each bid item. The completion of this project would return normal operations to the heating and cooling systems at each site, while decreasing the consumption of power due to the efficiency gains provided by new HVAC systems. Offerors are expected to familiarize themselves with the project locations and all conditions affecting work prior to submitting bids. Where available, the Government has provided building drawings; these are provided as information only and do not substitute thorough site investigation. The work associated with this project is located within the Diamond Lake Ranger District on the Umpqua National Forest
