Description

*** THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE UNDER SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES *** Replacement of 6 Metal Doors at the NRCS Big Flats Materials Center (BFPMC) in Corning, NY. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation Acquisition Division intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS). The project shall consist of the replacement of (6) hollow metal doors at the USDA NRCS Big Flats Plant Materials Centers (BFPMC) in greenhouse, seed barn, and shop buildings. An organized site visit has been scheduled for: June 29, 2023 @ 10 AM - 12PM Local Time Location: At the office parking lot: 3266 State Route 352, Corning NY 14830. A formal quote will posted to SAM on or around 28 June 2023.� The anticipated period of performance for this project is 60 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP). In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is below $25,000.00.� The NAICS code for this solicitation is 238290. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $22M.
