Description

*Source Sought* The 502d Contracting Squadron, JBSA Lackland, TX is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide a Firm Fixed Price contract for the following: There is the need for a contractor that can perform preventive maintenance (PM) inspections, repairs, weight/load tests, unscheduled and/or emergency repairs, and certification service on aviation support lift equipment for C-5M Galaxy airframe. This is a non-personal services requirement to provide the above requirement.� All inspections and repairs will be conducted at JBSA-Lackland, Texas. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. There is currently no incumbent. This is a new requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. NOTE: If you believe the above NAICS to be incorrect please suggest alternate NAICS for this acquisition. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.
