- This notice serves as the Presolicitation Notice in accordance with FAR 5.204 The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210, and the Business Size is $47.0 Million. The Product Service Code is C1EB. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. ACC AMIC/PKD, 300 Exploration Way; Hampton, Virginia, 23666 intends to issue a full and open solicitation to acquire and execute Small Scale Construction in support of U.S. EUCOM and AFRICOM.� � Proposed Solicitation Number: FA4890-23-R-0049 Description: This is a new requirement being executed on behalf of EUCOM and AFRICOM consists of 20 separate design and build projects located at five (5) different sites: 1) Tbilisi, Georgia, �2) Mamisoni, Georgia, 3) Diklo, Georgia, 4) Port of Constanta, Romania, and 5) Aflao, Ghana. Each separate project will be constructed to the respective host nation building codes and is subject to the $750,000 statutory cap IAW 10 USC 284c.
