Description

Recreation Site Attendant (RSA) The RSA must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and� other items and non-personal services necessary to perform daily tasks� and maintenance requirements as defined in this Performance Work Statement� except for those items specified in Part 3 as government furnished property and services.� The RSAs must perform to the standards in this contract.� The estimated quantities of work are listed in Technical Exhibit 3, Estimated Workload. Location The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Red Hill Lake Recreation Area. Red Hill Lake Recreation Area is physically located approximately 2.5 miles north of Milam, Texas on State Highway 87and the intersection of National Forest Service Road 116, follow signs. The RSAs must provide and reside in a self-contained camper, trailer, RV, or motor home within the recreation site during the period of performance.� Pick-up campers, tents, home-built campers, such as restored buses, cannot be used.� The government will provide a campsite with the following amenities: �electrical and potable water hookup for personal use, a method of sanitary waste disposal for personal use, and all utilities in the facility will be available for the contractor�s use in performance of tasks outlined in this PWS.�� Questions should be submitted to Cristopher Malley via e-mail at christopher.malley@usda.gov by�June 21, 2023 @ 4:30 P.M.
