- Description
- AMENDMENT 1 (06/15/2023): Q&A Question 1: Could you provide a floor plan of where the stationary meetings will be held? If not, the dimensions? Answer 1:Typical conference room. I am not certain which one we will use on campus but roughly 30' by 20'. Question 2: Will we need to provide microphones for the stationary meetings? Many institutions, especially colleges, don't allow a way for contractors to link into their system. So, I wanted to check. Answer 2:We do not anticipate the need for microphones. In the past the translators provided small individual units with a single headphone. Question 3: How many delegates are coming from Korea? Answer 3:There are four delegatesfrom Korea splitting off into two teams for the audits in Alaska. Question 4: How many English-speaking/American attendees will there be at the meeting? Answer 4:Roughlyfour in person and perhaps one or two via video conference from SIP HQ. Question 5: How many English-speaking/American attendees will be accompanying the delegation in Dutch Harbor? Answer 5:Two will be flying up with the audit teams and a third may be present in AK for some or all of the days. Typically there will be one or two industry representatives present during the audits. Break down below for audits in Alaska the makeup of each audit group.(Two Korean auditors, one or two SIP staff, one or two industry representatives, one translator) Question 6: Will there be any stationary meetings held in Dutch Harbor? Or, will the delegation be constantly on the move? Answer 6:In Alaska the teams will be conducting audits at shore based plants or large processing vessels. This will include walk throughs of the operations and time at a conference room, galley or office reviewing plans and records. END OF AMENDMENT 1.
