Description

Combined Synopsis- Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4608-23-Q-C076 in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2023-04) as of 02 June 2023. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 333912. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees.� Contracting Office Address: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command, 2 CONS � 801 Kenney Ave. Suite 2301, Barksdale Air Force Base LA, 71110, United States. Description/Purpose: This requirement is for the purchase and installation of a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) refill station with air compressor in accordance with the Salient Characteristics and Statement of Work provided by AFGSC 2 CES and the removal of the current SCBA refill station at Bldg. 6426 Fire Station 1 at Barksdale AFB, LA. Due Date and Time: Questions are required to be received no later than Tuesday, 20 June 2023 12:00pm CST. Answers will be posted to Sam.gov on Friday, 23 June 2023 12:00pm CST. Quotes are required to be received no later than Friday, 30 June 2023, 12:00pm CST.
