- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 13 FAR Subpart 16 prepared with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The acquisition strategy will be a Service Disable Veteran Own Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside to best meet the needs of the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
