Description

14th�Contracting Squadron at Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB), MS anticipates a solicitation for the following:�The Contractor shall provide all plans, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required recommission the Fire Department's HVAC System, B998 and replace the generate. The tasks include but not limited to: demo existing boiler, furnish/install new boilers and exhaust stacks, paint walls and ceilings, etc. The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00.�This acquisition shall be issued pursuant to FAR Part 15, and pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.15 is to be competed among Small Business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. The PSC classification is J041 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment--Refridgeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulatory Equipment. The Goverment intends to award based upon lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR Part 15. The Government anticipates establishing evaluation factors that may assess price, technical acceptability, prior history, and SAM exclusions. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings will be available on the System for Award Management website:�http://www.SAM.gov�upon solicitation release. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.��All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web page frequently and obtain the solicitation, any amendments and/or other information pertaining to this solicitation. �Questions or comments regarding Sources Sought shall be submitted to the point of contact (POC) via email.� Input from industry will be considered prior to the posting of the solicitation.
