- The purpose of this amendment 36C24423R0047 A0001 is to incorporate the following: The combined synopsis has been modified and changes are highlighted within the attached document. A price schedule has been amended and is attached to this posting, Wage Determinations for the counties Venango and Bradford Pennsylvania are attached. The close date of this RFP has been changed to June 27, 2023, at 14:00 EST. Below are questions and answers prompted by the original solicitation. I cannot find anywhere in the attachments the number of ALS, BLS, Taxis, or Wheelchair vans that are being requested. Additionally, what is the anticipated volume of transports that were historically done? Estimated numbers of ALS, BLS, Taxis and Wheelchair vans have been incorporated into the updated Price Schedule. The numbers presented were determined based on historical transports. Under the Wage Determinations, Franklin PA is listed in Franklin County and Bedford PA was added with Bradford PA is not listed. Historically with this contract, all of the Wage Determinations have went off of the specific location of the VA hospital which in this case is Erie, PA. For this contract, is this approach changing? Bedford PA has been replaced with Bradford PA for the Wage Determinations. Wage Determinations are determined by the counties in which transport begins. Any further information can be found by contacting Department of Labor or under Wage Determinations at SAM.gov. Additionally, Franklin PA is actually located in Venango County and not Franklin County and falls under WD #2015-4247. Also listed is Bedford PA, which is located in south-central PA, would it be safe to suspect that this was typographical and it should be Bradford PA (McKean County)? Venango County Wage Determinations have been added and attached to this amendment. Bedford, PA was written in error and the correction is for Bradford, PA. Under Price / Cost Schedule: Item Information, there are no quantities listed as previous contracts have had. Do you have these quantities? The price schedule has been modified and is attached to this amendment posting. Additionally, historically under the Price / Cost Schedule , there has been a separate schedule for each contract year for us to propose each individual increase. How would you like us to proceed from here with this? This RFP will result in the award of a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price IDIQ. Quotes shall include pricing that represents the vendors best offer and discounts. All pricing is final. Vendors should consider that requests for price adjustment will be denied. Pricing structures should include the vendors adjustments for normal economic inflation for the entirety of the five (5) year ordering period.
