SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT SOURCES SOUGHT � THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is requesting information from potential qualified sources to support a requirement for technical support of Government-owned Three-Dimensional (3D) Time-Resolved (PTR) Laser Line Scan (LLS) sensors that were designed and fabricated by Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.� The scope of this effort includes: 1) hardware and software maintenance of the sensors, 2) hardware and software modification of the sensors, 3) technical analysis, design, and development to support sensor modification, 4) modeling, 5) associated image and signal processing algorithm development, implementation, and testing, 6) testing and test support, 7) data analysis, 8) upgrading LLS sensors to 3D PTR LLS sensors or fabrication of new 3D PTR LLS sensors, 9) procurement of repair parts, spares and Other Direct Charges 10) Design and Development of Kits to support the full engineering lifecycle of PTR LLS sensors. This Sources Sought announcement is to identify sources capable of providing support for this effort. The information received will be used for planning purposes to help determine if the requirement can be fully or partially set aside to small business concerns and if an alternative source of technical support is available to meet the needs of NSWC PCD and United States Navy (USN). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and Cost Reimbursement (CR) type Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated. Small businesses are encouraged to submit their capabilities. The resultant contract is anticipated be for a base period of 12 months with four, one year option periods of 12 months each. The current contract is N61331-14-D-0029 and the incumbent is Raytheon Company. The anticipated NAICS code is 811210, Engineering Services, Size Standard $34 million. Interested companies should include the following information in their responses: CAGE Code; Name and address of firm; Size of business including average annual revenue for past three years, number of employees, and type of small business (8(a), Women-Owned, HUB-Zone, Veteran-Owned, Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned, etc.); Country of ownership; System for Award Management (SAM) information; DUNS number, if available; Number of years in business; Point of contact including: name, title, phone, and email address; and Small businesses shall address how they will comply with FAR 52.219-14: Limitations of subcontracting. There is no specific format or outline submittals must follow. However, summaries should be no longer than five pages in length. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT, OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. RESPONDENTS WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED OF THE RESULTS OF THE EVALUATION. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER 8(A) COMPETITIVE OR ANY TYPE OF SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE BASED ON RESPONSES HERETO.
