- GSA is seeking to add an option to renew to an existing lease for a period of 5 years, 3 years firm for office and lab space located in Bedford Park, IL. Lease: GS-05P-LIL17071 Current Lease Expiration: 6/30/2024 Square Footage:�19,416 ABOA SF;�22,328 Rentable SF; 45 parking spaces. The Government is requesting information regarding competitive properties, to include full service rental rates and tenant improvement allowances to meet this requirement before adding an option to renew to the lease.� The proposed delineated area is roughly bounded by Cicero Ave. on the East, I-55 on the South, IL Rte 59 on the West, and I-88/I-90 on the North.� Please submit requested information regarding possible space, rental rates, tenant improvement allowances, and date of availability, to the party shown by 4:00 p.m. CDT, July 20, 2023.
