Generator Maintenance and Repair at the Kansas City VAMC.�This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation�with the following tiers: (1st Tier) 100% Small Business�concerns, (2nd Tier) Large Business concerns. NOTE: Fill In at FAR Provision�52.212-3, and VAAR 852.219-75 Certificate. See attached solicitation document for ALL information and pay close attention to the Instructions at Section E within FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors.
