Description: Gutter and entrance portal building sealing renovation at one U.S. Government-owned property in 1130 Vienna to include the following: demolition, installation of bitumen sheeting and tinsmith work. The solicitation package is not ready for distribution yet and will be uploaded at this site on July 6.� The U.S. Tri Mission intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice.
