Description: The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is issuing this RFI as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for a non-personal services contract to provide manage, preserve, protect, and interpret the U.S. Navy�s sunken and terrestrial military craft, UA requires support to assist the Conservation, Research, and Archaeology Laboratory with executing conservation treatments on Royal Savage artifacts.
