- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, The United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a sole source solicitation (W56HZV-23-R-0052) restricted to DRS Sustainment Systems, 4201 Innovation Way, Bridgeton, MO 63044-2309, for System Technical Support (STS), Sustainment System Technical Support (SSTS), and Post Production Software Support (PPSS) services for the common Fire Support Mission Equipment Package in the Stryker Fire Support Vehicles (FSVs). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16) within forty-five days after the date of publication of this synopsis. The solicitation will be for a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. STS and SSTS services for the common Fire Support MEP will consist of program, configuration, and obsolescence management; software engineering and enhancements; testing and test support; Field Service Representative (FSR) services; systems and equipment training; vehicle survivability enhancements; product assurance (quality engineering and quality assurance) support; and Integrated Logistics Support.� PPSS services will consist of software maintenance and sustainment-related activities.� Performance of these services is anticipated to begin in the first quarter of calendar year 2024 and continue for five consecutive years. The solicitation is issued IAW FAR 4.502 and 5.102 on 21 Jun 2023, and will close on or around 20 July 2023. A U.S. Government Technical Data Package is not available for this procurement action.
