Description

This is a Synopsis Notification (Intent to Sole Source).� The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to only one responsible source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).� ""Only one responsible source"" is based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the product and/or service and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government's requirement.� The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � ConnectNY Inc. � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � 6721 US Highway 11 � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Potsdam, NY 13676-3132 This requirement is to renew membership for access to ConnectNY�s digital platform and its contents by The Jefferson Library at West Point.� Access to their platform has been ongoing for the past 3 years under Contract# W911SD20P0128, W911SD21P0094, and W911SD22P0094.� The current Period of Performance (PoP) expires on 06/30/23.� The next PoP is for a 1-year (12 month) period from 07/01/23 thru 06/30/24.� �� MFR:� ConnectNY Inc.
