Description

W81K00-23-Q-0109 Amendment 0001 attached is issued to add FAR Clause 52.204-27 and update questions due date. Offerors shall acknowledge this amendment and return with the offer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-23-Q-0109 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acqusition is being solicited as 100% small business set-aside. The requirement is to obtain non-personal services for Reusable Sharps Management Program for Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson Colorado. Period of Performance 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024, plus three (3) 12-month option periods.
