Description

1. PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED."" YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR CAGE CODE, UNIVERSAL ENITY IDENTIFIER (UEI) AND TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER WITHIN YOUR QUOTE. 2. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation W912K6-23-Q-0035 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a new contract and there is not an incumbent currently performing these services. 3. Using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures: we are issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the Maryland Army National Guard, 244th Engineer Company that has a requirement to provide meals to up to 91 Soldiers in order to support training mission at Camp Fretterd Military Reservation 5405 Rue Saint Lo Drive, Reisterstown, MD 21136. Please refer to the PWS as part of this announcement for further details. 4. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 (effective 02 JUN 23). Offer must be valid for 60 days. FAR Provisions and Clauses applicable to this acquisition can be obtained from the following website, https://www.acquisition.gov/. 5. This solicitation has been set aside for Full and Open competition under the 722320 NAICS Code. The PSC code is S203. The Government intends to award a Single, Firm-Fixed Price Contract for this requirement. Selection will be made based on the lowest price most advantageous to the Government. The successful awardee�must be able to meet all technical requirements in the PWS. 6. Purpose: The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG), 244th engineer Company requires Catering Service contract to provide meals to 91 Soldiers and 71 Soldiers on the dates listed below in order to support training mission at Camp Fretterd Military Reservation 5405 Rue Saint Lo Drive, Reisterstown, MD 21136. 7. Meals for Annual Training 18 -27 July 2023 for 244th Engineer Company Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) NAICS: 722320 PSC: S203 Quote DUE DATE: No Later Than 06 July 2023, 0900 AM EST Question Submittals will end on 29 Jun 2023, 1000, AM EST 8.
