Grounds Maintenance Requirement for Culpeper and Balls Bluff National Cemeteries -- S208 New Grounds Maintenance Contract for Culpeper National Cemetery & Balls Bluff National Cemetery. Base plus 4 option years. Grounds Maintenance Requirement for Culpeper and Balls Bluff National Cemeteries. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide complete grounds maintenance at the Culpeper National Cemetery at 305 U.S. Ave Culpeper VA 22701 and Balls Bluff National Cemetery at Route 7 Leesburg, VA 22075. This amendment adds CLINs, clarifies the statement of work, post answers to questions received and extends the closing date to 6/26/2023.
