Description: The Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center requires language training services beyond those available at its schools at the Presidio of Monterey, California. This is a non-personal service to contract instructors to conduct the Post-Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) programs. The Post-DLPT programs are a minimum of six (6) weeks to a maximum of twelve (12) weeks in length. See attached Combined Synopsis/Soliciatation and Performance Work Statement for additional details.�
