Description

The following services are being sought by the government to be acquired from an eligible, qualified, and capable contractor who can meet or exceed the government�s requirements: Non-Emergency, Patient Ground Transportation Services for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson, Jackson, MS 39216 to include associated, Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC�s) located in the vicinity of and/or in the surrounding areas of the medical center as stated herein. This solicitation has been set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (Total SDVOSB Set Aside) and quotes/offers shall only be accepted from contractors who are Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB�s) as defined by the solicitation. The specific requirements for this acquisition can be found in the document entitled �S02 FINAL Combined Synopsis Solicitation 36C25623Q1068� that is contained within this notice to include the following attachments below which are also contained within this notice. It is specifically noted that select documents require completion, inclusion, and submission by the contractor as part of their quote/offer in response to this solicitation.
