The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Ship Henry Bigelow requires restock of ship�s supply of lubricating oil for the vessels generators. This is Brand name requirement.. (II)������ This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).� Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NM-AN2140-23-01422, NAME: HB Lube Oil (III)����� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. (IV)����� This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 324191.� The small business size standard is 900 Employees.� (V)������ This specification contains requirements for REQUIREMENTS: ����������� Provide delivery of fourteen (14) 55-gallon drums for a total of 770 gallons of CHEVRON DELO 400 SDE 15W40 Lube oil. ����������� Delivery Schedule: 07/05/2023 � 3 drums 08/04/2023 � 4 drums 08/30/2023 � 4 drums 10/02/2023 � 3 drums (VII)��� Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance. Requested delivery on or about the dates listed above, coordinated with the vessel contact in advance. Note that some days the vessel will not be able to accept delivery due to operational constraints.� For delivery issues, contact vessel at XO.Henry.Bigelow@noaa.gov.
