- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all tools, parts, equipment, materials, transportation, personnel labor, supervision, and management necessary to perform the specified equipment Inspection, Service, Maintenance, & Repair actions (ISMR). The Contractor shall inspect and maintain equipment and parts according to the manufacturer�s recommended procedures on a Monthly basis. The Contractor will provide service and support on various commercially available �shop-use� equipment and products to prolong service life, operational availability, and safety etc. Examples included but not limited to: Equipment wash racks, mobile aircraft wash trailers, floor scrubbers, shop compressors, shop equipment tugs, shop forklifts, wheel & tire shop equipment, machine shop tools, hoists, Genie high reach man lifts, media blasters, paint booths etc., (see Attachment 1-Sources Sought ISMR for Table 1: Equipment Listing found further in this document). Requirements: Prevenentative Maintenance & Time/Cycle Change Items encompassing the following scope:� i. Lubicration of all moving parts ii. Inspection of belts and hoses for wear or damage� iii. Inspection of electrical connections for tightness and corrosion iv. Inspection of fluid levels and replacement of fluids as necessary v. Inspection of air filters and replacement as necessary� vi. Cleaning of equipment and removal of debris Reporting: The contractor shall provide written reports of the preventative maintenance and inspection tasks, including the date of the task, the results of the task, and any recommendations for repairs or upgrades. Repairs upon Preventative Maintenance: Preventative maintenance considered over and above routine recurring work or service. Periodic-Inspections: The contractor shall perform regular inspections of the equipment to identify any potential issues or safety hazards. On-call maintenance Comprehensive Maintenance & Support Provide required ISMR actions to any additional equipment added during the length of the potential effort. Perform major repairs and upgrades. Source and replace approved wear and tear parts, materials, etc. See Attachment 1: Sources Sought-ISMR for Equipment Listing (Table 1)�
