Some of these offices have employee(s) who are deaf and/or hard of hearing. These employees attend and conduct various meetings, trainings, interviews and require both unclassified and classified Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART) Services. These services will allow the employees to fully participate in work-related activities. The contractor CART reporter must rapidly transcribe obscure and complex terminology to the employee who attends unclassified or classified meetings where For Official Use Only (FOUO), Secret (S), Confidential and/or TS/SCI will be communicated. USCIS is conducting market research for acquiring classified CART services. Do you have captioners that have an active Top-Secret Security Clearance that you could submit for processing by USCIS upon award? Given the BACKGROUND & SCOPE, would this requirement be something you would be interested in quoting on this requirement? Please verify your business size status and provide your UEI number.
