Description

1. THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR VENDOR AWARENESS OF A POSSIBLE SOLICITATION ONLY. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS PRE-SOLICITATION. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. ANY ATTACMENTS INCLUDEDE WITH THIS PRE-SOLICITATIONARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. 2. Project consists of the design and construction of a multi-discipline renovation to enlarge the preschool and toddler playground area of the Child Development Center (CDC) by approximately 2,000SF for the 27th Special Operations Force Support Squadron at Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB) to meet requirements outlined in DoDI 6060.2. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following: Removal and re-installation of perimeter block wall, exterior gate, sheds, and sidewalks. In addition to preparing ground for new playground equipment as well as wet pour rubber topper. Groundwork including, but not limited to, leveling and grading. SBA Size Standard: $45M Estimated Magnitude of Construction: Between $100,000 and $250,000 3. This Sources-Sought is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP). It is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this Sources-Sought. The Air Force will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this pre-solicitation. Contact with Government personnel other than those specified in this pre-solicitation by potential offerors or their employees regarding this project is prohibited.
