Can perform Standard Radiofrequency. Can perform Pulsed Radiofrequency. Capacity to perform multiple lesions at once by having multiple channels. Generator has touch screen and easy user interface. Generator has independent channel control for staggered start/stop and adjusting of individual RF channels. Separate therapy cable for probe connections for ease of use. Mechanical knob or controls for stimulation. Reusable probes for cost effectiveness. Various size, lengths of cannulas to perform safe RFA of different parts of body. Requirements: 1. RF machine and system will be used to perform RF lesioning of peripheral nerves to treat facet joint pain and disc pain of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. As well as to treat pain of peripheral joints including SI joints and hip, knee and shoulder joints. 2. Compatible with fluoroscopically guided procedures.
