Special Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source: This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received after publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Contracting Office Address: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command, 2 CONS � 801 Kenney Ave. Suite 6/2/23, Barksdale Air Force Base LA, 71110, United States. Description/Purpose:� The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-priced contract to Action Target, Inc. utilizing FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) procedures for replacement parts and services compatible with the existing bullet trap system in place at the Barksdale AFB CATM Range. This procurement action is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement.
