- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: 3,353 ABOA Square Feet of Office Space in Toledo, OH - 3OH0388 State:�Ohio City:�Toledo Delineated Area: Toledo, OH North: Jackson Street South: Lafayette Street East: Summit Street West: 14th Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�3,353 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�3,718 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�3 Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�3 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�3 Full Term:�3 years Firm Term:�1 years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� ). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. The United States Government (Government) is seeking expression of interest from potential sources for office space within the delineated area of Toledo, OH. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long-term requirement. The Government is interested in leasing approximately 3,353 ANSI/BOMA occupiable (formerly �Usable�) The space must yield a minimum of 3,353 ABOA square feet of contiguous space and should not exceed 3,718 ABOA square feet. The space should also be able to accommodate a minimum of 3 structured, and 0surface parking spaces reserved solely for the Government�s usage. The lease renewal term is for 3 years/1 year firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government will consider alternate space if economically advantageous to the Government. In determining whether relocation will be economically advantageous, GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move, including telecommunications equipment and LAN systems, office furniture, security system and telephone system and other related costs.
