Description

The Arkansas National Guard, Purchasing and Contracting Office, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract, with a Period of Performance of July 6, 2023 � July 09, 2023, to The Excel Program Cage Code 4LG2 located at 1 Four H way, Little Rock AR 72223. This contract will provide leadership development and resilience training to military children ages 12- 18.� The staff facilitating training uses a high ropes challenge course, zip line, low ropes team building course and have constructive debrief sessions with the youth.� �Only The Excel Program can offer a high ropes challenge course, zip line and a low ropes team building course.� All services will be provided at The Excel Program location. NAICS code will be 721211. FAR 6.302-1(a) is being used to solicit this requirement as a sole source requirement.� Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the ARARNG USPFO for Arkansas within fifteen (05) calendar days from the posting of this notice. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firm�s ability to provide the above. Information can be sent to Contracting Officer Leonard Roberson at leonard.d.roberson.civ@army.mil. Responses received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
