Description

The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a base + four option years, firm-fixed price purchase order for the Berkely Armed Forces Recruiting Center. Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform all janitorial services including: trash removal, floor maintenance (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, etc.), cleaning of hard surfaces,� windows, water fountains, trash receptacles, light fixtures, cleaning and disinfecting of bathrooms, de-scaling of toilets and urinals, changing of HVAC filters, shampooing of carpet, dusting of horizontal and vertical surfaces to include those above six (6) feet from the floor, and inspect and replenish supply dispensers at the Berkeley Armed Forces Recruiting Center, Berkeley, CA. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561720 Janitorial services. The size standard is $19.5 million.� Product Service Code is S201 Housekeeping-Custodial Janitorial services. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 26 June 2023 with quotes due tentatively on 26 July 2023.�� The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The only INTERESTED VENDORS LISTS (plan-holder's/bidder's list) is available via SAM.gov.� Contractors are responsible for self-identifying as interested vendors and viewing other interested vendors.� Contractors should check SAM.gov frequently for any changes to the interested vendors list and notice.
