- **Responses to this RFQ are due no later than 3:00 P.M. HDT, Wednesday, June 27th, 2023** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 52800PR230001952 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19.0. This requirement is not a set-aside. Only qualified offerors may submit bids. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ is for Scaffolding and Crane services to support the CGC Kimball SPQ-9 Repairs. LINE ITEM: 0001, QTY: 1, Scaffolding and Crane services to support the CGC Kimball SPQ-9 Repairs. All services must be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work. Place of Performance: USCG Base Honolulu, 400 Sand Island Parkway, Honolulu, HI, 96819 Period of Performance: 05 July 2023 � 11 July 2023 The Contract resulting from this solicitation will be issued as a FIRM-FIXED PRICE contract. The award will be made to the Offeror submitting the lowest priced quotation. The closing date and time for offers is 3:00 P.M. HDT, Tuesday, June 27th, 2023.
