- AMD 0001 The purpose of this modification is to provide Question and Answers as an Attachment B (see Attachment B for details). A. Attachment B Q&A is incorporated into this amendment to address offeror's questions. B. All terms and conditions remain unchanged. This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Environmental Studies Program (ESP) has a requirement for UAS LiDAR YellowScan Mapper+ and its accessories. The solicitation number is 140G0223Q0144 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, shall be used for this acquisition. This is for a small business set-aside competition. The associated NAICS code is 334519 Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing. A copy of this solicitation may be accessed by clicking on the SAM.gov and use Reference Number 140G0223Q0144. All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of quotes contained in the solicitation shall be adhered to. All responses to this solicitation shall be emailed to isuryaty@usgs.gov.
