Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in�FAR subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this announcement is �NEED00002300580� and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for a commercial fixed-price contract to a sole source using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 513210, Software Publishers with a small business size standard of $41.5 million.� The RFP and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number: 2022-06, effective 6/02/2023. Responses are due via email by 2:00pm, Eastern Time on June 26, 2023 to Stephanie Dewitt (Contracting Officer, stephanie.dewitt@noaa.gov). There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the government.� When responding, please include �RFP NEED00002300580� on the subject line.� To verify receipt of your response, please contact the aforementioned by e-mail. Quotes must be valid for at least 90 days from date of submission.
