Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This BRAND NAME OR EQUAL solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Chairbuilder Chairs 366 TRS in 18 classrooms supporting 4 courses; at Sheppard AFB, TX. See attached Combo 366 TRS Chairbuilder Chairs, for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the products sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, TX anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 337214, and the small business size standard is 1,100 employees. This requirement is a 100% total set-aside for small business concerns. All documents including this solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 2:00PM CDT on 30 Jun 2023. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below. All questions must be submitted by Tuesday, 27 Jun 2023. All questions MUST be submitted in writing to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below as well. Please refer to: Attachment 1 - Provisions and Clauses and Attachment 2 - 366 TRS Chairbuilder Chairs Specifications.�The measurements for the chairs are shown in pgs 13-14 of attachment 2. The specific colors are referenced in the last 2 pages of that same attachment as a picture, pgs 15-16. All quotes must be valid for 60 days. *Delivery vehicle will require a lift gate to unload the furniture to the ground floor, delivery to 18 rooms, installation is not required, and removal of old furniture is not required.*
