Description

PURPOSE: This is a Request for Information(RFI)/Sources Sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy(CMOP), Contracting office is conducting market research only to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and is issuing this sources sought notice for the procurement of services from qualified businesses that can repair damaged metal warehouse racking structure for the Charleston Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy located at 4136 Carolina Parkway, Ladson, SC. 29456: Offers are not being solicited at this time. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information. See attached: 1) Statement of Work 2) Pictures of the damage to gage type of repair work needed. Any responses to this sources sought must include a copy of your capabilities along with proof showing that you are considered a viable source that can fulfill our needs. Proof shall be in the form of: Past Performance showing similar types of repairs performed Certifications (If applicable) for certifying repairs back to MFG specs To be considered eligible for an Award vendors will be required to be registered in SAM.gov or VETCERT(If SD/VOSB Owned) Interested sources may respond to this notice via email to larry.zaritz@va.gov , on or before June 30th 2023 @ 10:00 am cdt and should include: Your company s POCs: Name Phone Number Email Address Your Company s SAM Unique ID Number Your Company s Capability Statement This Request for Information does not obligate VA to the release of a solicitation.
