THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY.� THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, NOR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.� NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION.� PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office located in Twentynine Palms, CA (RCO-29 Palms) is seeking qualified sources for information and planning purposes only.� It is not to be construed as commitment by the government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.� The purpose of this request for information is to gain knowledge of commercially available services that may be of interest to the RCO-29 Palms.� Responses are voluntary and the Government will not reimbursement respondents for any expenses associated with their participation to this request, nor any subsequent exchanges.� RCO-29 Palms is performing market research to determine available sources that can provide: Helicopter support services for the transportation of maintenance personnel, parts, equipment and shelters to remote mountaintop relay communication sites for Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC) located at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), Twentynine Palms, CA. In accordance with Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 4500.53, the Contractor operating the aircraft must be an approved DoD air carrier, as determined by the Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB), and must maintain this approval throughout the performance of this contract. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements, and with all DoD additional standards including those established by DoD Commercial Airlift Division (i.e., the Air Mobility Command (AMC)/A3B) as published on the following website: https://www.amc.af.mil/Home/AMC-Commercial-Services/ . This effort is for 5 September � 5 October 2023. 31 Estimated Working Days. The Contractor(s) shall have the capability to provide the following aircraft to support this requirement. Aircraft Type: Light Lift Rotary Wing Qty: 1 Estimated Working days: 31 days. Includes 1 day for mobilization and 1 day for demobilization. Description: Ability to carry 5 PAX(avg. person weight of 250lbs.) 300 NM unrefueled range Maximum lift requirement of up 1,200 lbs.(PAX and/or internal or external Configurable compartmentability to add/remove seats for more PAX or cargo NOTE:� The Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided in this notice is a draft PWS only, and it is subject to change prior to the release of any formal solicitation. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 481211 Nonscheduled Chartered Passenger Air Transportation with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of 1,500 employees.� The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) is V211 Air Passenger Services. Please identify if you believe a more appropriate NAICS and/or PSC exists.� Would your company seriously consider submitting a technically viable proposal for this requirement in any forthcoming solicitation(s)? No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response.� The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
