- 34300023P0023 NOTICE TYPE:� SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE � THUNDERCAT TECHNOLOGY, LLC NAICS Code ���� 423430 �Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers PSC������ ��������������� DA10 - Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to THUNDERCAT TECHNOLOGY, LLC, 11190 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite 200, Reston, Virginia, 20191-4393, United States, under the authority of FAR 19.1406, Sole source awards to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns.� This requirement is for the purchase of Adobe Acrobat Pro Enterprise Term Licenses, and other Adobe products, from a certified Adobe reseller. Previous acquisitions for these same services have yielded only 1 offeror, with Thundercat being the only bidder.� Research into adobe partners has not found another service-disabled veteran-owned small business that has interest in submitting a quotation. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.� A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.� The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.� However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
