Description

The Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) � 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS), JBSA-Randolph, Texas 78150-4302, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to H2 Communication, LLC (Cage Code: 62HR7) under the authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. �North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 611430 (Professional and Management Development Training) with a size standard of $15M is determined to be the most appropriate for this acquisition.� The anticipated contract Period of Performance will consist of a 12-month base period plus four (4) 12-month option periods. Contract performance will take place at JBSA-Randolph, TX and various locations as determined by the Contractor after award. SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS.
