- Industry Outreach: Non-Cancellable Occupancy Agreements in Leased Space -- Check the Links Section of this Notice for the Registation Link Friday, June 9, 2023 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.� EDT The Office of Portfolio Management and Customer Engagement� in partnership with the Office of Leasing will discuss GSA�s approach to occupancy agreements (OA) in leased space to align lease terms with customer agency needs and to consistently apply pricing policy. For new occupancy or continuing occupancy (excluding lease extensions), the OA will be non-cancellable for the firm term of the lease. This decision, which is in alignment with current GSA pricing policy and made in consultation with multiple customer agencies, will be reevaluated at the end of fiscal year 2024. This action will reduce the government�s financial risk associated with unused lease space and will ensure that the government procures the space that it needs.
