- Amendment 0001: Amendment 0001 is issued to; 1) provide answers to questions received in writing in response to the solicitation document, 2) change the Phase 1 Similar Project definition, and 3) change the Evaluation Factor 4 submittal requirement.� The following revised documents are provided under the cover of this Amendment and are hereby incorporated into the Solicitation: A. The Solicitation - Phase 1, revision 01 dated June 26, 2023 F.� Solicitation Attachment 04 - Past Performance Questionnaire for General Contractor, revision 01 dated June 26, 2023 G.� Solicitation Attachment 05 - Past Performance Questionnaire for Architect-Engineer, revision 01 dated June 26, 2023 Offerors shall submit a signed copy of Amendment 0001 to the Contracting Officer. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GSA Design Excellence Project - D-B - Dunseith, ND Land Port of Entry - Phase 1 Solicitation This project is for the design and construction of the Dunseith Land Port of Entry facilities, which will include a new main inspection building, primary inspection canopy, non-commercial secondary canopy, and hard inspection building adjacent to the main building. Construction of four new covered primary inspection lanes, new commercial secondary inspection dock and facility, and NII building. This project is designated as a GSA Design Excellence project. PHASE 1 � REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The Phase 1 Solicitation documents are comprised of the following: A. The Solicitation � Phase 1 B. Standard Form (SF) 1442 � Solicitation Offer and Award C. Solicitation Attachment 01 � Request for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) D. Solicitation Attachment 02 � Offeror�s Representations and Certifications E. Solicitation Attachment 03 � ASHRAE � Climatic Data for Building Design Standards F. Solicitation Attachment 04 � Past Performance Questionnaire for General Contractor G. Solicitation Attachment 05 � Past Performance Questionnaire for Architect-Engineer H. Draft of The Agreement I. Draft of the Scope of Work, Appendix, Exhibits, and Other Documents Scope of Work documents are available. To receive a copy of the scope of work documents, offerors must first complete the provided CUI Information Request Form (Solicitation Attachment 01 � Request for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)) and return the completed/signed document to both the Contracting Officer at Rhonda.Widick@gsa.gov and the Contract Specialist at Christie.VandenDries@gsa.gov. Documents will be distributed to Offerors who return properly completed forms. All questions related to solicitation 47PJ0023R0041 shall be submitted in writing via email, to both the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist, no later than 10:00 AM Mountain Time, June 26, 2023. Questions received after this cutoff may not receive a response. All Phase 1 qualification submissions must be submitted via email and received by the Government no later than 10:00 AM, Mountain Time, July 27, 2023 (Revised via Amendment 0001).
