Failure to use the revised document and requirements revised within will result in your proposal being non-responsive. ======================================================================== 6/16/2023 127EAW23R0031 - Henshaw Fire Station Residence Reroof - Amendment A00001� The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to answer a RFI. Failure to use the revised document and requirement within will result in your proposal being non-responsive. Question: Are we able to use a sub-contractor who is licensed to do the demolition work? Answer: Yes. The Contractor, or their Subcontractor,shall be licensed or accredited in California to inspect, handle or remove the asbestos and lead. ================================================================================ 127EAW23R0031 - Henshaw Fire Station Residence Reroof Cleveland National Forest FAR 32.204 Disclosure of Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $25,000 and $100,000 Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside IMPORTANT NOTES: See Section L, Paragraph L.2 for the Documents to Submit with Your Proposal. All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Tanya Torres, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, June 12th,2023. A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will be NOT be held. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
