Description

This project is to provide construction of new security fencing for the Oconee Ranger District (ORD) in Eatonton, GA. The work will take place within the Scull Shoals Historic Site area located in the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest (CONF) located 15.5 miles southeast of Greensboro, GA.� The approximate coordinates of the location are 33.733680�, -83.289299�.�� The work shall entail the removal and replacement of the parking lot wheel-stops that currently exist and the warehouse feature perimeter fence (refer to Figure 1 in Attachment 4 � Figures 1-10 which shows work locations). The wheel-stops shall be upgraded with 4-inch galvanized steel tubing in a T-post pattern and warehouse fence shall be replaced in-kind. Also, the existing metal T-posts around the parking lot shall also be removed. Contractor shall furnish all labor, mobilization, personnel, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals to perform work in accordance with all terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation. This Request For Quotations (RFQ) is a Total Small Business set-aside. The magnitude of this requirement is considered minor with an expected price range between $25,000 and $100,000. Please send all quiestions to the Contract Specialist, Michael Winstead, at michael.winstead@usda.gov no later than 5:00pm on June 30th, 2023. THIS RFQ IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Revise item 13b of the SF1442 to reflect a bid guarantee is not required. Please see FAR clauses 52.228-13 and 52.228-15 for additional bond and payment protection requirements.
